Additional systems have been put in place to help distribute administrative information to the Tulane University community -  

• A web front end has been implemented to support internet access to various student functions.
  The following functions have already been installed:
  • Ability to examine grades
  • Ability to see student's own class schedule
  • Ability to change pin number
  • Ability to see student's own priority registration time
  • Ability to see number of students enrolled in courses
  • Ability to register for classes
  
  The following functions are currently in the testing phase:
  • Ability to confirm and change permanent, local, and emergency address
  • Ability to change permanent, local, and emergency address
  • Ability to request grades be mailed (this will no longer be automatic)
  • Ability to provide grade mailing address
  • Ability for faculty to see class list
  
  Future pojects include the ability to interact with the Financial Aid Office and the Accounts Receivables Office.

DataStore, also known as COLD, which is a client/server system that allows immediate access to an electronic version of administrative reports
