Mussafer Hall

Constructed in 1902, this building was originally used as dormitories and was designed in the Dutch and Italian Renaissance revival style by Andry and Bendernagel. It housed the School of Social Work for more than half a century until the school moved to 127 Elk Place in 2014. It will soon become Mussafer Hall, thanks to a $5 million gift from David Mussafer, a 1985 graduate of Tulane, and his wife Marion. Mussafer Hall will be a transformative space uniting career programming, academic advising and success services.
