The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the official academic record for all students in all schools on the uptown campus. Transcripts of a student's record are available for a fee upon written request. The registrar also maintains the academic calendar for Tulane.

The Registrar publishes the Schedule of Classes from which students select courses in which they wish to enroll via TUTOR, the online telephone system. Students also use TUTOR to register, adjust their schedules and learn their grades and grade point average for a given term. Other services include certification of absentee ballots, verification of enrollment, coordination of address information and production of degree audits.
