Tulane University virologist Preston Marx is the new editor of the Journal of Medical Primatology, an internationally renowned publisher of primate research, including animal care, viral diseases common to both humans and non-human primates and surgery. Marx has 20 years of experience in primate research and research into the origins of HIV. He is chair of the division of microbiology at the Tulane National Primate Research Center.
