Web Content Management System
Websites built in the Tulane Content Management system are automatically compliant with all university brand requirements. University Web Communications staff provide support and training for the CMS and the system is mirrored offsite to ensure that it will remain available in the event of an emergency. For these reasons, it is highly recommended that public facing, marketing oriented websites be built within the content management system. In cases where there is a demonstrated need for functionality not available in the Tulane CMS, units developing such websites are required to consult with Rachel Hoormann to make sure that the site design is consistent with the Tulane brand.

The current version of CommonSpot works with Safari on Macs and Chrome for Mac or Windows, Firefox for Mac or Windows and Internet Explorer for Windows.
