Yale Tulane ESF-8 Special Reports

Founded in 2010, the Yale-Tulane ESF- 8 Planning and Response Program provides the training and experience necessary for interested members of the public health and medical workforce to support incident specific, unified planning and response operations at the local, state, federal, international levels as well as the private sector.

One of the service learning opportunities the program provides to the graduate students at Yale and Tulane Universities is participation in the Virtual Medical Operation Center (VMOC).

The Yale-Tulane ESF-8 Planning and Response Network facilitates the interaction of various contributors located in a variety of geographic locations and also provides delivery of information to its audience in a timely manner.
