FUNDING SUPPORT

Forum Tulane is now accepting requests from faculty, staff, and students for funding to support curricular and co-curricular programs related to this year’s theme of power. Activities that may be funded include guest speakers, workshops, exhibits, performances, hands-on learning opportunities, and other programs. Priority will be given to programs that create inter- and cross-disciplinary connections.

Requests will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year. Applicants will be notified within two weeks of submitting their request. To apply for funding, please fill our form on OrgSync.


Applicants should make every effort to avoid scheduling conflicts by consulting the Tulane Events calendar and the Student Affairs calendar. All events and programs that receive funding from Forum Tulane must be submitted to the Tulane Events calendar with Forum Tulane listed as a sponsor. Please also be sure to check the Forum Tulane box on the calendar submission form in order to ensure your event is listed on the Forum Tulane website.

Special Instructions for Faculty & Staff regarding OrgSync:
In order to apply for funding, you must first join CELT in OrgSync. Login to Gibson, and under the Faculty or Staff tab, look for OrgSync in the lefthand column under “Administrative.”  Click that link, and then register and complete your profile within OrgSync. You will need your Tulane ID number for this process. Once registered, search for and join the organization, “Center for Engaged Learning & Teaching.” The funding application form for Forum Tulane can be found under “Forms” on our page in OrgSync.
