Tulane University's Office of Alumni Relations hosts an annual women's leadership conference, Women Making Waves, each spring during Women's History Month.

The goal of the program is to highlight the career successes of our alumnae to inspire and motivate women to seek leadership positions in the workplace and in their communities.

The schedule included a keynote speaker(s), panel discussions, and ample networking opportunities throughout the day.

We had over 25 alumni and parent speaker and panelists joined us this year, and 1000+ students participated.
