The Woldenberg Art Center is home to the Newcomb Art Department's History of Art and Studio Art undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as the Carroll Gallery and Newcomb Art Museum. The center provides facilities for each of our studio disciplines: ceramics, digital arts, glass, painting and drawing, photography, printmaking and sculpture. The Art History area features smart classrooms for seminars, Stone Auditorium, and Freeman Auditorium. The Visual Resource Center provides quality digital images for classroom instruction and research, a lending library of audio-visual media related to the history of art, and technical support for the smart classrooms.
