The university Learning Management System is the online center of your academic work. Canvas by Instructure is Tulane's Learning Management System (LMS). Canvas' platform provides more modern, mobile, and user friendly features for collaboration, engagement, and assessment. We are especially excited that Canvas allows us to integrate our digital and academic lives without sacrificing the privacy of either. We are constantly adding new features, so keep an eye out for new announcements about your LMS.

Canvas Feature Additions/Updates:

MS Office 365 Integration: March 2017 [View Release Notes] - Enables Microsoft Offce 365 in Assignments, Collaborations, Modules, Course Navigation and the Rich Content Editor. This integration allows students and instructors to use, create, share, and collaborate on Office 365 files within Canvas. Users can also view their OneDrive files directly in Canvas.

If you are taking an online exam through Canvas that is using Respondus LockDown Browser, please use one of the links below to login. If you are a regular Tulane student, use the Tulane Users link. If you are a Tulane affiliate or use another assigned login, use the Tulane Affiliates link.

Blackboard Content: 

Users can login to Blackboard to access and migrate archived content until Fall 2017. Users with Blackboard myContent files and users managing Blackboard Organizations will also need to migrate content. Please refer to the links below to migrate content from Blackboard to Canvas.
