Women to Women Mentoring Program

The Women to Women Mentoring Program pairs a Tulane/Newcomb alumna with a current woman student to offer career advice, provide overall guidance, and share real lessons learned. For more information and to apply click here.


Book Clubs

Newcomb regional book clubs take place every fall and spring semester. The aim is to bring alumnae together in each city for an evening of conversation. For more information and to volunteer to be a book club host click here.


Alumnae Awards

Newcomb Alumnae Association bestows three awards to Newcomb alumnae each year at Under the Oaks. Award winners have represented Newcomb with distinction since their graduation. For more information and to nominate an alumna click here.

 

Internships and Grants

The Newcomb Alumnae Association sponsors paid internships and research grants for undergrads as well as community grants. This year's recipients include an internship for Katharine Bruce at United High Commissioner for Refugees and Maryann Thompson's research on women's leadership style, among various others. Town Mom Program

Newcomb Town Mom program matches first-year incoming students with a Newcomb or Newcomb-Tulane alumna to help make the transition to college life a happy one. Newcomb Town Moms help to continue the rich tradition of sisterhood when they contact first-year students and welcome them to New Orleans and the Tulane campus.
