A new dining option rolls onto campus.
Julian Dickerson, production supervisor with Tulane Dining Services, right, serves up an order from the new Ironsides Waffle truck during a soft opening event on the uptown campus on Monday (Aug. 18). The food truck officially opens for the fall semester and will offer made-to-order sweet and savory waffles made from fresh local ingredients.

Ironsides Waffles is set to roll out every Tuesday and Wednesday on the corner of Freret Street and McAlister Drive starting on Sept. 16, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. For additional dates such as tailgating for game days and other pop-up dining opportunities, visit the dining services website or check out social media.
