Dr. Forman oversees all aspects of academic life at Tulane and advises University President Michael Fitts on all academic matters. He works closely with the Deans of the Schools and Directors of the Research Centers and Institutes in pursuit of the University's core missions in research, art-making, teaching, professional service, and community engagement.

Ana's responsibilities include assisting the Provost on all faculty issues, including promotion and tenure, hiring plans, and recruitment. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College Institute, and Student Affairs.

Mike is responsible for oversight of all graduate and professional studies academic issues, oversees the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, and he assists the Provost in the formulation of University research policy. He serves as a liaison to the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Social Work, the A. B. Freeman School of Business, the Law School, and the School of Continuing Studies, as well as the Murphy Institute.

Gabe works with the Provost and other members of the senior University administration to monitor, coordinate, and verify compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference USA, and University rules and regulations regarding athletic competition and related activities. In this role, he assists coaches, administrators, faculty, and students in maintaining the academic integrity of all athletic programs.

Alysia oversees the administrative operations of the Provost’s Office, and is the Chief of the Provost's Staff. She assists the Provost in planning meetings with the Deans’ Council, the Board of Administrators of Tulane University, and the general staff. She maintains the database on all faculty, updates the Faculty Handbook, and acts as liaison to search advisory committees for senior academic leadership positions.  Alysia manages the budget and financial activities for the Provost's office. She is the financial liaison to all Schools, the University Budget Office, and the University Accounting Office.

Rhonda provides leadership, vision, and direction for the Office of Assessment and Institutional Research (OAIR). The Office of Assessment and Institutional Research provides timely and high-quality information that is accessible and useful to Tulane decision makers; facilitates assessment activities of academic and administrative departments to advance student learning and program effectiveness; leads Tulane’s accreditation efforts; and satisfies requests from external constituents.

Meredith oversees and coordinates the University’s initiatives to sustain a safe climate for all University community members free from sexual harassment and sexual violence.  She also works to enhance the University’s efforts in outreach, education, communication, and prevention programs regarding sexual harassment, abuse, and assault.  Her primary duties include overseeing the response to Title IX complaints, including dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.  Meredith coordinates her work closely with Student Affairs, the Office of the General Counsel, and the University Police Department.

Melissa provides primary administrative support for the Provost, including scheduling and travel planning, the routing of all correspondence, and managing interaction with all direct reports. In addition, Melissa oversees the Undergraduate Activities Fund and coordinates the process of academic personnel review.

Kathleen provides administrative and programmatic support for the Office of Academic Affairs.  She oversees faculty hiring documents, including offer letters, and faculty degree verifications.  Kathleen assists the Associate Provosts with faculty and student focused programs including the Lavin Bernick Grants, COR Awards, and Social Entrepreneurship Professorships.  She assists the Assistant Provost for Finance and Operations with office operations and coordinating special events.  Kathleen also manages the office website and student workers.

Kat is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of university-wide faculty development initiatives. These efforts include the coordination of the NIH-sponsored BIRCWH career development program, facilitation of interdisciplinary interactions that foster faculty development and scholarly engagement, and identification of best practices and strategies for enhancing faculty development and scholarly activity.

Joey provides administrative and programmatic support for the Office of Academic Affairs.  He serves as the front desk manager and is the primary contact for scheduling the conference room.  He assists the Associate Provosts with sabbatical requests and promotion and tenure files, as well as managing the physical faculty files.  Joey provides assistance with faculty degree verifications and grant programs.  He also assists the Executive Assistant in providing calendar support to the Provost.

Jennifer oversees the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies under Associate Provost Michael Cunningham. She is the key contact person for the office, and interacts directly with graduate students and postdoctoral fellows across the institution. Jennifer manages the day-to-day operations of the office and assists the Director with event planning, development of recruitment materials, and website development.

Briana Mohan is a career advisor for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows at Tulane.  She develops and conducts workshops and presentations for students pursuing both academic and non-academic career paths.  She also works with students in individual appointments on topics such as career exploration, skills and strengths assessments, job application materials, interview skills, and negotiation strategies.
