An approved Interdepartmental Order (I.T.) is required for this service. A copy of the IT for housekeeping must be faxed to the dean's office at 504.988.5718 one week prior to the confirmed reservation or your event may be subject to cancellation.

Security must be present for all events held in the auditorium and gallery and after-hours functions in the conference and seminar rooms. Contact Tulane Police to make arrangements. A/V equipment has been installed in the auditorium and seminar room and can be made available for your use. Please call Academic Information Systems (AIS) to make arrangements. AIS personnel are the only people allowed to operate this equipment. Arrangements must be made at least five business days in advance. A copy of the IT must be delivered to the dean's office no later than the start of your event.

Telephone service is available in the conference room. In order to activate this service, please contact Cheryl Sterling. You will need to make arrangements for a phone. A copy of an approved IT must be received in the dean's office at least one week prior to the event. Fax machines and copiers are not available in the conference room.
