Brinton Family Health & Healing Center Staff

At the Brinton Family Health & Healing Center we follow a collaborative care team model to integrate physical and mental health care. The team consists of a licensed clinical social worker, a care manager, a psychiatrist, a health advocate, a clinical pharmacist, primary care providers, and YOU. You are the most important person on the team! You will get the best care if you participate actively with your primary care physician and your care manager. Meet the rest of the team hyperlink.

She will also help identify any treatment side effects and work with you and your physician when a change in your treatment is needed.
