The following official documents must be received to consider your application complete:
Official transcripts from all prior colleges or universities.
Official General GRE* (or MCAT scores for Masters degrees). The ETS Institutional code is 6178. There is no Department code.
Recommendations from three individuals, preferably academic instructors, who have direct knowledge of the applicant's academic abilities in science related fields.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) required of all foreign applicants. The ETS Institutional code is 6178. There is no Department code.
All test scores must be submitted directly to the Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences by ETS. We may review copies of official documents, but will not offer acceptance until all official documents are received. All completed applications will be considered by the Biomedical Science Steering Committee except for the Masters Programs in Pharmacology and Human Genetics. These departments will consider their applicants independently.
Important information regarding February Deadlines for PhD Applicants: Priority Applications are due February 1. After that date the office will continue to accept applications and supporting documentation on a rolling basis until the class is full.
Deadline for receipt of completed Masters applications: June 15. Applications received after this date will be considered only as space allows. Deadline for receipt of supporting documentation: June 30.
