Dr. Pejic is a board certified family medicine physician and the lead physician of the Uptown Square Multispecialty Center. He treats a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions in both children and adults. He has a special interest in men's health and complex lipid disorders.

Dr. Pejic received his undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University and later earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. During his medical school tenure, Dr. Pejic was elected to the medical honor society AOA. After finishing medical school, Dr. Pejic completed his family medicine residency at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica California.  He completed a family medicine faculty development fellowship at UNC-Chapel Hill and his Masters in of Medical Management at Tulane University School of Public Health.

Dr. Pejic joined the department of family medicine in 2004 and is the family medicine clerkship director.
