- American Bar Association (ABA) Legal Opportunity Scholarship Program
The ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship Program was established to improve diversity in the legal profession by encouraging and supporting racial and ethnic minority law students. The scholarship provides $5,000 of financial assistance annually to each scholarship recipient attending an ABA-accredited law school. Assuming the recipient achieves satisfactory performance in law school, an award made to an entering freshman may be renewed for two additional years, resulting in financial assistance totaling $15,000 during his or her time in law school.
- Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP)
The 4A's Multicultural Advertising Intern Program has helped jumpstart the careers of more than 2,100 African-American, Asian-American, Latino-American, Native-American, multiracial and multicultural aspiring advertising professionals. Each year, undergraduate and graduate students are selected for a 10-week paid summer internship at a 4A's member advertising agency. Interns gain practical work experience, establish key industry contacts, and perhaps most importantly, become better prepared to land a full-time job in advertising when they graduate from the program. At the same time, the program provides advertising agencies with a cost-effective means of identifying and recruiting talented multicultural students. Advertising, Business.
