A New Orleans native, Brad joined the Division of Student Affairs in February 2013 and has been serving as the Director of New Student & Leadership Programs since July 2016. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Rhodes College and his Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia. Brad’s career in higher education includes admissions, first-year experience, student involvement, and housing & residence life. Brad also serves as a Co-Lead Facilitator for LeaderShape, Inc. and a member of the Directorate Board for ACPA’s Commission for Admissions, Orientation, and First-Year Experience.

Prior to joining the Division of Student Affairs in July 2016, Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Florida State University. His higher education career includes orientation, diversity and inclusion programing, and career services. Currently, Josh serves as a Program Coordinator in New Student & Leadership Programs.

Raised in the Northeast but a true Southerner in spirit, Courtney is originally from just outside Philadelphia and joined the Division of Student  Affairs in July 2017 as a Program Coordinator in New Student & Leadership Programs. Courtney studied journalism and sociology at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and completed her Master of Education in Educational Leadership and College Administration at the University of South Carolina. Led by a passion for seeking the potential in every student, Courtney's higher education background includes first-year experience, student conduct and academic integrity, fraternity and sorority life, and admission.

Originally from sunny Miami, Andres joined the Division of Student Affairs in January 2017 as a Program Coordinator in New Student & Leadership Programs. Prior to joining the Tulane University community, he received both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University (FIU). His student affairs career includes housing & residential life, fraternity and sorority life, orientation, and extended orientation programs.
