What is LeaderShape?
The LeaderShape Institute is a six-day program that engages participants in dialogue and activities aimed at self-discovery and key leadership issues.  Participants are challenged to lead with integrity, while working towards creating a vision to improve the communities of which they are a part. After students return to campus, they will maintain a support network with one another in order to help bring their visions to reality. Signature pieces of The LeaderShape Institute include a challenge course, an evening in which leaders from New Orleans and Tulane University interact with participants, and learning and sharing in a small group experience called the Cluster Family.

The third annual Tulane LeaderShape Institute will occur from May 8 to May 13, 2016 at Rosaryville Spirit Life Center in Ponchatoula, LA.

Additional Information:

  • This is a FREE program. Students are asked to invest six days of their time and the rest is taken care of!

  • Transportation to and from the site will be provided for all participants.
  • Students living on campus will be allowed to keep their belongings in their on campus housing at no additional cost to them.
