Benefits Service Center Launch!

Workforce Management has partnered with Gallagher Benefits Services to establish the Tulane Benefits Service Center which offers one-on-one assistance with the University’s health and welfare benefits. 

The Tulane Benefits Service Center provides the following: 

  • A centralized team acting as an extension of our benefits department;
  • A single point of contact for providing comprehensive benefits assistance to Tulane employees and their dependents to include:
    • Quick response to basic questions about Tulane benefits offerings;
    • Assistance with resolution of complex claims issues;
    • Assistance enrolling or making changes to your benefits through HCM Employee Self-Service.
  • Assistance with better navigating the self-service function of our benefit plans and programs.

Gallagher Benefits Services is an experienced leader in the field of benefits service delivery and is the central point of contact for all questions and requests related to our medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending, long term disability, COBRA and employee assistance programs.

You will receive a welcome kit to your home address that includes contact information for the Tulane Benefits Service Center as well as reference information for each of our current benefits providers.
