Compensation Study Update

Tulane has begun working with an external consultant to assess the overall health of the compensation program and to determine whether or not changes should be made to our current compensation philosophy and strategy to ensure our continued success of attracting and retaining qualified talent.

We will keep you updated on our progress.

Tulane University's staff salary structure will remain unchanged for FY18

Any employee who inquires about the pay grade assignment of his/her job is encouraged to speak directly with his/her supervisor.  The Compensation team within Human Resources is also available to assist anyone with questions about our compensation program.
