Tulane University has established a Total Compensation Philosophy, which articulates the goals of its compensation program and the role each element plays in the attraction, retention, recognition and development of our employees.  Our total compensation program is intended to encourage employees to perform at the highest level by acquiring superior skills and competencies and in understanding the role of each individual employee in the University’s overall success.
