Position Reclassification 

Tulane has begun working with an external consultant to access the overall health of the compensation program and to determine whether or not changes should be made to our current compensation philosophy and strategy to ensure our continued success of attracting and retaining qualified talent.

To enable the vendor to work with accurate and stable information, reclassification of existing jobs are suspended until the completion of the compensation study.
