Employee Relations

The Employee Relations team offers advice and counsel regarding University policies and procedures, problem solving in employee issues and dispute resolution. This Team serves as a resource for all employees, including supervisory and non-supervisory employees. Additionally, Employee Relations advises on a variety of employee matters such as progressive discipline, unemployment compensation, and leaves of absence.

All topics discussed with Employee Relations will be treated in a confidential manner. However, some situations may require further investigation.
