Requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) make the distribution of Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to a requirement. Individuals employed by Tulane University will receive a W-2, Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C. You are not required to file Forms 1095-B or 1095-C when you file your taxes. You should save them for your records.
