ANNOUNCEMENTS


  • Tulane University's staff salary structure will remain unchanged for FY15.

    Any employee who inquires about the pay grade assignment of his/her job is encouraged to speak directly with his/her supervisor. 

    Questions about the University’s pay philosophy may be answered by referring to the Compensation Resource Guide, which may be accessed via this address:  http://tulane.edu/wfmo/compensation/guide.cfm
    The Compensation team within Workforce Management is also available to assist anyone with questions about our compensation program.

MANAGER INFORMATION AND RESOURCES



  • MANAGER SELF SERVICE 

Manager Self Service (MSS) is the HCM module where managers and supervisors view and update job-related information for their direct reports.  If required, the updates will route to the appropriate approvers before the information is applied to the employee's record in HCM.
