Interests:
My clinical interests include providing both clinic and community based assessments and treatment for young children and their families who have been identified as high risk due to issues of abuse, neglect, domestic violence, or exposure to community violence. Our recently revived planning initiative focuses on the high rate of maternal depression in our community and the implications of this problem for young children. I am very interested in developing a coordinated effort among community professionals in both identifying and effectively treating maternal depression in high risk populations.
