Jeffrey Burst
Jeffrey is originally from New Orleans. He attended Louisiana State University and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1993. At that time, Jeffrey began working for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and worked in the Planning and Programming, Road Design, and the Project Management Sections. He has been with LA DOTD for 17 years now and currently serves as the Project Management Administrator.
