Bruce E. Peterson, PE
Bruce E. Peterson, PE is a Project Manager / Senior Associate with the New Orleans, Louisiana office of Modjeski and Masters, Inc. Mr. Peterson is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with BS and MS degrees in civil engineering and has worked at Modjeski and Masters for 33 years. During his career he has worked on nearly all types of bridges, both fixed and movable. A large number of the projects he has worked on in recent years have been rehabilitation related projects where an existing infrastructure can be maintained and its service life extended. He is a member of ASCE, AREMA, and IABSE. He was the Editor for the ASCE Journal of Bridge Engineering, 2003 - 2009 after serving as an Associate Editor since the Journal's founding in 1995.
