Kevin Blair
Kevin Blair is a Senior Project Manager for Matrix Service, Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and is an API 653 certified inspector. He joined Matrix Service, Inc. in 1996 as a Project Manager in Temperance, Michigan, managing API 650/653 above ground storage tank projects in the Midwest, until transferring to Houston, Texas in 1998. His primary project focus has been on the construction as well as repair of API tanks in the petrochemical and industrial environments.
