Barbara Sprott received B.S. and M. E. degrees in Chemical Engineering from
Tulane University. She has over 30 years of experience in chemical plant and refining operations in the areas of environmental regulations and process control. She is currently an Air Regulatory Advisor at ExxonMobil
Baytown supporting the ExxonMobil Baytown Refinery.
