Bruce A. Terrell, PE, PMP
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans DistrictBruce Terrell joined the New Orleans District in 1974 and has been serving as Chief of the Construction Division since January 2004. He currently leads an organization of 176 government employees augmented by 150 contractor personnel that is responsible for the management of all construction contracts under the jurisdiction of the New Orleans District. Mr. Terrell is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Louisiana and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers, and the Project Management Institute.
