He grew the business from $675,000 in 2002; $3,400,000 in 2003; $6,484,000; $10,650,000 in 2005; $41,240,000 in 2006 with offices in 5 locations - Texas City, Texas; College Station, Texas; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Pensacola, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia.
Howard W. Scoggins III, SPFA, NRCA was born on April 6, 1953. He has a wife, Marilyn Elaine Scoggins, and six children, Jamie, Grant, Lindsey, Leslie, Kacie and Shelby.
