IMPORTANT!
THE VIDEO BULLETIN BOARD IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
What is the Video Bulletin Board?
The Video Bulletin Board (VBB) is located on channel 20 of the Tulane University Cable Television Network (TUCAN). It is intended for use, free of charge, by members of the Tulane community as a means of disseminating information of interest to other members of the Tulane community.
Who can post on the Video Bulletin Board?
The VBB is available to any Tulane academic or administrative department and all student organizations recognized and approved by the Office of Student Life.
What may be posted?
Any announcement of interest to the Tulane community may be posted to the VBB. Because of space, announcements are generally limited to 25 words or less. Personal messages and announcements of a commercial nature will not be accepted. TUCAN reserves the right to reject, alter or edit all announcements for space limitations, clarity, content, good broadcasting practices, good taste and recognized University standards.
How do I post?
All requests for announcements to be posted on the VBB must be submitted in writing at least one week before the requested start date of the announcement. Posted announcements will then run for approximately one week, subject to availability of space on the VBB. All submissions must include a contact name and telephone number.

What else should I know?
Submission of an announcement request to TUCAN is not a guarantee of its acceptance for posting. TUCAN and its administrators accept no responsibility for mistakes in bulletin board announcements caused either by error in the material as submitted, errors of omission, transcription, editing or technical malfunction. Any or all of the policies contained in this document are subject to change at any time and without notice.
