My name is Mark DiSilvestro. I grew up in Monroeville,
PA, a southeastern suburb of Pittsburgh.
I spent four years in the tundra climate of Cleveland, OH where I earned a B.D.
in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. I am on my way
towards earning a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at the Tulane University. My research
interests include but are not limited to mathematical modeling and mechanical
testing of articular cartilage.
My free time is spent enjoying billiard, tennis, racquetball, bowling,
running, and exercising.
Feel free to contact me if you share any of these interests at
