Welcome to GNOSN!

We are the Greater New Orleans Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience, the world's largest nonprofit organization of scientists and physicians devoted to advancing the understanding of the brain and nervous system. With a membership spanning three universities, GNOSN is active in organizing local gatherings, obtaining guest lecturers, and promoting collegial interaction between faculty, postdoctoral and student members of the New Orleans neuroscience community. Please explore our web site for information about membership, upcoming events, and local programs.

The GNOSN interactive exhibit "Your Sensational Brain" is coming 2015! Click here for more information.
