The fifth request for proposals of the NICCR program was posted on March 2, 2009. The deadline for preproposals was May 15, 2009, 5 pm PT. The deadline for full proposals is August 14, 2009, 5 pm PT.

Please note that this RFP was updated on March 21, 2009, to remove any reference to out-year funding. This year's program is for one-year grants only.
